IT Support/Salesforce Technical Support Specialist/Salesforce Administrator

Hi, I’m Debbione Jones, a dedicated and resourceful Technical Support Professional with a passion for all things Salesforce! I’ve spent the last few years diving deep into Salesforce environments, helping users navigate the platform, troubleshoot complex issues, and streamline their workflows. My expertise lies in Salesforce configuration, user management, and solving problems quickly and efficiently – all while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

 

Currently, I’m a Technical Support Specialist at Lineup Systems, where I manage over 100 users and resolve a steady stream of Salesforce requests. I thrive on the challenge of solving technical puzzles, collaborating with teams to squash bugs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Whether it’s configuring custom objects or delivering customer upgrades, I bring my best to every task.

 

But my journey didn’t start in tech – I actually have a background in education, where I honed my communication and relationship-building skills. This experience has made me great at breaking down technical information for non-tech-savvy users. I’m also a big believer in continuous learning, which is why I’ve earned both my Google IT Support Professional Certification and my Salesforce Administrator Certification.

 

When I’m not in the world of Salesforce, you can find me expanding my knowledge through new challenges, whether it’s working on a fun side project or staying up to date with the latest industry trends.
